PTSP Service Indicators in C. Jakarta will Be Improved

Central Jakarta Administration will improve the quality from numbers of One Door Integrated Service (PTSP) indicators in sub-districts and urban villages.

These things need to be concerned

This action is done since public needs is high to organize their licensing document to PTSP.

Central Jakarta Public Service and Personnel Administration Section Head, Neni Maryani said, assessment of PTSP office is done using existing nine service indicators evaluation.

"Such as Cempaka Putih Sub-district PTSP office which has lack of human resources thus recommended to add more personnel," she said, Wednesday (5/10).

She added, other problems which discovered are no bathroom for disabled person and no lactation room.

"Moreover, there are several problems discovered such as narrow back office space and unorganized parking space. These things need to be solved," she closed.
