Central Jakarta Administration will improve the quality from numbers of One Door Integrated Service (PTSP) indicators in sub-districts and urban villages.

This action is done since public needs is high to organize their licensing document to PTSP.

"Such as Cempaka Putih Sub-district PTSP office which has lack of human resources thus recommended to add more personnel," she said, Wednesday (5/10).
She added, other problems which discovered are no bathroom for disabled person and no lactation room.
"Moreover, there are several problems discovered such as narrow back office space and unorganized parking space. These things need to be solved," she closed.
