June, Four Draft Bylaws Discussion Completed

The City Council (DRPD)'s Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda) is optimistic four draft bylaws proposed by the executive could already be discussed in the upcoming June. 

We will complete it for two weeks ahead

Those four draft bylaws are about library, archive, Jakarta Water Local Company and Industry.

Jakarta DPRD's Bapemperda Chairman, Lulung Lunggana said, along with Jakarta Provincial Government, Draft Bylaw on Library and Archive had been discussed last next week.

Council Targets to Finish Draft Bylaw on Education in August

"Other two draft bylaws are still in discussion stage. They are Jakarta Water Local Company and Industry. We will complete it for two weeks ahead," he expressed, Sunday (5/28).

After it is done, his party would bring discussion materials to the executive meeting for synchronization and subsequently set in a plenary session to be ratified into bylaw.

Further, Jakarta DPRD's Bapemperda would discuss draft bylaw from the legislative that has been included in the academic script and its drafting.

"We're optimistic 32 draft bylaws in 2017 Propemperda can be finished by the end of this year," he closed.
