The Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta has 63 units of posyandu (integrated health service post) with 481 cadres.
Posyandu is the spearhead of monitoring the nutrition and health of the infant
Pademangan Sub-district Head, Mumu Mustahid said those posyandu that spread in three urban villages, namely Pademangan Barat Urban Village, Pademangan Timur Urban Village and Ancol Urban Village.
"Posyandu is the spearhead of monitoring the nutrition and health of the infant," he expressed, Monday (5/29).
Lagoa Urban Village Has 25 PosyanduHe highly appreciates the posyandu cadres who have volunteered to work. They routinely coordinate and synergize with the community health center (puskesmas) to minimize malnutrition cases.
"They're routinely giving counseling, as well as immunization program and additional food," he closed.
