Library and Archive Raperda Discussion Completed

Library and Archive Raperda (draft bylaw) has been discussed article by article on Tuesday (5/30) by City Council's Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda).

City Council's Bapemperda Vice Chairman, Merry Hotma said, Library and Archive draft bylaw is a part from 32 draft bylaws that has been included in Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) 2017.

"These two draft bylaws result will be brought into joint leadership meeting," she expressed, Tuesday (5/30).

June, Four Draft Bylaws Discussion Completed

After legislative and executive agreed with discussion result, then it will be brought into Internal Affairs Ministry (Kemendagri). It will be observed by Internal Affairs Ministry for two weeks and will return to council to be brought into plenary session.

"Plenary session will ratify it into regional regulation and officially enact it in Jakarta. We are targeting it to be officially enacted in June," she closed.
