PNS Are Encouraged to Imitate Integrity of Jakarta Founders

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat and his staff made a pilgrimage to the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery (TMP), South Jakarta. It is as a series of city's 490th anniversary, which falls on June 22, 2017.

In that occasion, Djarot was accompanied by Jakarta City Police Chief, Insp. Gen. Iriawan and Jakarta Military Commander (Pangdam Jaya), Maj. Gen. Jaswandi, as well as the group held a prayer together and sow flowers at the cemetery. Some tombs visited are former Jakarta Governor Wiyogo Atmodarminto, former Jakarta Mayor Sudiro Hardjodisastro and former Praja Jayakarta Mayor, Suwirjo.
Similar action was also done in the Revolutionary Hero Cemetery, Indonesian National Army Ahmad Yani and Let. Gen. Suprapto and former Indonesian Vice President, Adam Malik.
Djarot Focuses to Finish Development ProgramsDjarot hoped, Jakarta civil servants could imitate the integrity of Jakarta heroes and founders in serving the people. Thus the development for people welfare could be continued well.
"I hope they also know and understand how the integrity of Jakarta founders. And its integrity can be imitated by SKPD and UKPD members in serving people," he stated, Friday (6/16).
After that, those did similar thing to a tomb of Mohammad Husni Thamrin located in Karet Bivak Public Cemetery (TPU), Central Jakarta.
"We also do pilgrimage at MH Thamrin's tomb," he closed.
