PD Pasar Jaya President Director, Arief Nasrudin disclosed, 106 traders occupy the land as wide as 6,000 square meters have been relocated to Petojo Ilir Market. Later on, Tanah Abang Square would be combined with hotel area.

He added it will have twelve floors, with details first floor until third floor will be made as a trade area and fourth until sixth floor will be used as a parking lot.
"Hotel occupies on seventh until twelfth floor with total bedroom about 108 units. This project is targated to be finished in one year," he finished.
