Jakarta Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah has signed Agreement of Obligation Fulfillment (PPK) with three companies which hold Land Use Appointment Letter (SIPPT) on Monday (6/19).
All agreement are notarized. When it is fulfilled, it will be recorded in City asset
He said, SIPPT holder companies have obligation to submit social and public facilities to Jakarta Provincial Government.
"Agreement of Obligation Fulfillment is signed by SIPPT holder. They can be fined if not fulfill it," he said.
25 Companies Awarded for Providing RPTRAHe continued that after these companies fulfill their obligation, Jakarta Regional Asset Management Board (BPAD) will record it.
