Transjakarta Corridor 13 Inauguration Waits for SLF to Be Published

Jakarta Provincial Government is still waiting for permission from Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (Kemen PUPR) to inaugurate and operate Transjakarta corridor 13 serving Ciledug-Kapten Tendean route.

"Certificates of Proper Function (SLF) which published by Kemen PUPR is required. We are still waiting for its recommendation," said Andri Yansyah, Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept. at City Hall, Tuesday (6/20).

He explained, City must have SLF since Transjakarta corridor 13 is crossing the overpass. Kemen PUPR has its own calculation from pillar strength to bus operational feasibility.

He admitted that his side cannot ensure whether the corridor inauguration can be held in the same day as Jakarta's 490th anniversary on June 22, 2017 or not.

"So, we just need to wait because the permission is on progress," he closed.
