Delay in Transporting Trash Reported Through Qlue

We will immediately transport your trash by garbage truck or pick-up

Jakarta Environment Dept. (DLH) opens complaint service through Qlue application and Jakarta Smart City website for citizens who are not satisfied with garbage collector service during Eid holiday.

"Please inform us through Qlue or Jakarta Smart City. We will immediately transport your trash by garbage truck or pick-up," said Isnawa Adji, Head of Jakarta DLH, Tuesday (6/27).

Trash Volume in Jakarta Keeps Declining

He explained that on last year's Eid holiday, many garbage collectors in RT level went on their hometown thus there was a delay in transporting residents garbage. 

"That is the main factor. Moreover, trash volume in Jakarta started to increase on D+2 of Eid," he expressed.

Thus his side prepares all cleaning personnel from Water Cleaning Management Unit (UPK) during this year's Eid holiday to anticipate trash piling up.
