Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Dept. recently observes to build Betawi product shopping center in order to develop small medium enterprises (IKM)s in City.

Jakarta PE Dept.'s Industry Division Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo said, there are 500 IKMs of Betawi products from total around 28 thousands active IKMs in Jakarta.
"We want to try to build Betawi shopping center," she said, Tuesday (7/4).

She admitted that all her works are not enough to boost IKM product sale. Thus her side observes the establishment of shopping center as permanent display location.
"It will provide Betawi food, fashion, and handicraft. We are still searching the right location for that and planning to use our building asset," she closed.
