574,964 People Visited 11 Tourism Sites During Long Weekend

Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. (Disparbud) has noted 574,964 people visited 11 City tourism sites during long weekend, from June 23 to July 2.
Monas visitor on July 2 is excluded from that number of visitors
Jakarta Disparbud Tourism Information and Development Division Head, Alberto Ali said his side plans to improve tourism sites' accessibility and supporting facilities thus can give comfortness to visitors.
"We need to improve amenities and accessibility such as toilet, trash can, and mushola to maintain visitor comfortness," he said.
Travel Service at Seribu Islands Considered BetterHe explained the 11 visited tourism locations are Fatahillah area, Jakarta History Museum, Juang 45 Museum and MH. Thamrin, Prasasti Museum, Fine Art and Ceramics Museum, Wayang Museum, Tekstil Museum, Bahari Museum, Setu Babakan Betawi Culture Village, Monas and Seribu Islands.
He mentioned the most visited location was Fatahillah area with total 228,486 visitors.
"Monas visitor on July 2 is excluded from that number of visitors. Next year we will prepare it well," he closed.
