Actually, land problems have been solved, except for Haji Nawi area which is projected to be MRT station

PT. MRT's Construction Director, Silvia Hakim said, there are still 4 constrained land plots at Haji Nawi area. Land owner sue Jakarta Provincial Government due to not compatible with selling price.

MRT Construction Phase II will Start Next Year

"Actually, land problems have been solved, except for Haji Nawi area which is projected to be MRT station. There are four land plots that have not been bought yet," she said, Thursday (7/6).

But, she ensured this problem will not hamper MRT project operation which is targeted to start in March 2019.

"We ensure train could pass through MRT station at Haji Nawi with updated technology breakthrough," she affirmed.

She added the target of MRT station operational in that area can be lowered if land problems are not solved up to several months ahead. As the result, MRT train will not stop at Haji Nawi station, but just passing by.

"But if we can not buy the land, then Haji Nawi station can not be opened together with MRT operational on March," she closed.
