Wage Increases on Communication & DPRD Recess Operational Still Being Discussed

City Council's Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda DPRD) is still calculating the amount of wage increases on communication and recess operational of council member

By doing this, we hope they could more active to produce new regulations in future

"It refers to Government Regulation No.18/2017 on Financial Rights and Administrative as well as Leader and Member of DPRD that become the basis for making bylaw," said City Council Vice Chairman, Mohamad Taufik, Tuesday (7/11).

Taufik disclosed, based on government regulation, it is compliance with different representation money in every position.

"It's being calculated how many times, as it must be adapted to the ability of each region," he stated.

After the discussion is completed, his party wanted to propose draft bylaw on council members' wage increases.

"By doing this, we hope they could more active to produce new regulations in future," he closed.
