63 Newcomers in Ujung Panjang Controlled During Binduk

63 newcomers who still have origin ID card are controlled in Population Operation (Binduk) in Utan Panjang Urban Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. After being recorded, the Temporary Domicile Certificate (SKDS) will be made to them.

Kemayoran Sub-district Head, Herry Purnama disclosed, Binduk operation is intensified at RW 08 and 09 by targeting the dorm residents.

"We do data collection at 165 dorms. As a result, we managed to secure 36 men and 27 women who violate the orderly administration of population," he expressed, Tuesday (7/18).

He advised, the owner or guard of the dorm should be more proactive to report to local RT/RW management if there are newcomers.

"The dorm owner must also be careful and selective when accepting the newcomers. If they are couples, they need to be asked about ownership of marriage certificate," he explained.

In addition to realizing the orderly administration of population, he assessed, Binduk operation is a preventive measure to prevent unwanted things.

"Through Binduk, threat and social vulnerability can be prevented," he said.
