City Council Commission D Vice Chairman, Abdurahman Suhaimi affirmed, the status of flat unit which is built using City Budget or developer compensation result cannot be diverted.

Previously, Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat affirmed, rented flat which is built by City cannot be owned because its status is for rent.
For people who really wants to have flat units, he suggested them to find small flat (rusunami) which is built by central government or private sides.
"We take this policy in order to prevent flat to be owned by those who have no rights," he closed.
