City Opens Echelon 1 Position Auction Next Week

Jakarta Provincial Government will open auction for echelon 1 position next week.

This auction is open for all civil servants (PNS) in Indonesia, either from regional government or ministry.

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said his side forms current selection committee (pansel) for echelon 1 auction. It is planned to open next week.

Commission A Hopes Open Selection will Generate Professional PNS

"We are currently form pansel for echelon 1 auction. Next week we will open the registration," he informed at City Hall (7/26).

He explained, the auction is done to fill vacant position Jakarta Deputy Governor in Culture and Tourism (Budpar) Division which handled by Sylviana Murni before.

"We hold auction because that echelon 1 position is vacant. Just one position for Budpar Deputy," he said. 

He explained, this auction will be informed by letter to regional government and ministries. It is also open for all City PNS who meet all requirements.

According to him, there are five phases in the auction. Those phases are divided in two, the first three phases will be done by recent government and the other two phases will be continued after new governor change.

"So this is fair. Later, Mr. Governor can choose the official," he closed.
