Responding on the matter, West Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept. Head, Riswan Efendi explained, since 2010, there had been policy that prohibits utility installation on the road.
His is currently having difficulties to hold ducting box vendor in terms of sidewalk development.
"Sidewalk in West Jakarta has bee completed by ducting box, nevertheless we need the vendor. Hence, we also request for cooperation with related unit to realize it," he closed.
