Jakarta Governor Deputy Assistant in Tourism and Culture Division, Eldi Andi said, The 30th ASEANTA Awards will be held on Tuesday (8/8).
"Representing Jakarta Provincial Government, I am welcoming ASEANTA Awards 2017. Welcome to Jakarta for all participants," he said, Monday (8/7).
ASEAN Emblem Colors Light is Illuminating MonasAccording to him, participants who are mostly have tourism businessmen background from ASEAN countries will be able in to contribute for competitiveness improvement.
"I hope tourism industry performance can be improved. Thus the number of tourists who visit ASEAN countries can be increased," he expressed.
For information, there are six categories in The 30th ASEANTA Awards. There are Best ASEANTA Tourism Photo, Best ASEANTA Travel Article, and Best ASEANTA Marketing and Promotional Campaign.
Then, Best ASEANTA New Tourism Attraction, Best ASEANTA Airplane Programme for ASEAN, and Best Cultural Preservation Efforts.
Jakarta Old Town, one photograph taken by Yunaidi with Sensory of Old Town theme becomes one of the nominees of Best ASEANTA Tourism Photo category contest.
