104 Land Parcels in Pesanggrahan to Be Acquired

Land Acquisition of Pesanggrahan River normalization project, South Jakarta is accelerating. As many as 104 land parcels will be acquired at the end of first semester this year.

Until this June, there are 104 land parcels with total of 46,228 square meters are in the acquisition process

"Until this June, there are 104 land parcels with total of 46,228 square meters are in the acquisition process, but the fund is still cannot be estimated since it is still in negotiation process,” said Shita Damayanti, Head of South Jakarta Spatial Planning and Environment, Wednesday (6/18).

She stated that last year’s land that have been acquired is as many as 30 land parcels with the total of 46,253 square meters. "Last year, it just reached 30 land parcels. The budget spent is around 70,1 billion," told Damayanti.

She said that there has not been mayor problem in the land acquisition for Pesanggrahan River normalization process. The only problem is only laid in the current recalculation offers for Tax Object Sales Value (SVTO) rose in 2014.

“Indeed in the edges will not have much rose, only between Rp 500 thousand until Rp 1 million. However, we need to recalculate for the budgeting,” Damayanti completed.
