Djarot Asks DKI Bank to Improve Service System Innovation

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, asks DKI Bank to improve banking service system innovation thus can provide better service to the customers.

I know that DKI Bank has a huge task, but there is no reason for not innovating

"DKI Bank must do more innovations. I know that DKI Bank has a huge task, but there is no reason for not innovating," he said, Wednesday (8/9).

Huge task which mentioned by Djarot means that DKI Bank must manage the fund of more than 700 thousands KJP holders, public transportation (Transjakarta), and all Jakarta Provincial Government transaction service.

Not only that, there is also a plan to integrate the system with Samsat for motor vehicle tax service (PKB) in order to boost tax revenue.
