Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat will evaluate SKPD which is slow in submitting documents thus cause auction to be postponed.

He gives an example for heavy renovation at 119 schools with Rp 191 billion value that will be signed in the end of this August. According to him, auction process can be done early thus it can be realized when City Budget has been set in the beginning of year.
