Acting Governor Remains Serve Public Complaints

"There are only 14 complaints in the first half of this year. This is decreasing significantly," he expressed, Tuesday (8/22).

According to him, it is because of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in DPM and PTSP. It is also due to the increasing understanding of the people about the rules and policies in processing licensing or non-licensing.

"We also do a lot of innovation in serving the people. Some permission can be done online to facilitate them," he closed.
