Jakarta DPM and PTSP Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi Harahap said, in the first half of last year, there are 130 public complaints received. Compared to this year, it is dropping up to 89.2 percent.

According to him, it is because of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in DPM and PTSP. It is also due to the increasing understanding of the people about the rules and policies in processing licensing or non-licensing.
"We also do a lot of innovation in serving the people. Some permission can be done online to facilitate them," he closed.
