City Council's Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda) completed regulation draft (raperda) about Council Member and Leader's Financial and Administrative Rights today.
We plan to hold rapimgab tomorrow and bring the draft directly to Home Affairs Ministry (Kemendagri)
City Council's Bapemperda Deputy Head, Merry Hotma said, her side will hold joint summit meeting (rapimgab) after discussing 29 regulation drafts with Legal Bureau and Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD).
"We plan to hold rapimgab tomorrow and bring the draft directly to Home Affairs Ministry (Kemendagri)," she said at City Council Building, Tuesday (8/22).
Financial Rights Raperda Preparation Needs Kemendagri AssistanceAccording to her, her side has accelerated to form this raperda. Considering the deadline of raperda approval had set on September 2, 2017.
If passing the required time, then Government Regulation (PP) No. 18/2017 about Council Member and Leader's Financial and Administrative Rights will be not applicable for City Council.
"We hope Kemendagri can evaluate it fast thus we can solve it soon if there is any revision," she closed.
