Draft Bylaw Drafting About Financial Rights and Administrative Accelerated

Insya Allah (God willing), it can be complete in the forthcoming August

The City Council's Draft Regulation Formation Board (Bapemperda DPRD) will speed up the drafting of the bylaw on Financial Rights and Administrative, Leader and Council Member, thus can be ratified before the specified time limit.

City Council Bapemperda Chairman, Abraham Launggana disclosed, after passing through two plenary meetings in one day, his party will continue the plenary session with the agenda listening to the response of Jakarta Governor on Financial Rights on Monday (7/24) next week.

August 2017, Draft Bylaw on Financial Rights And Administrative Ratified

"Jakarta is the last party drafting this draft bylaw because of very extraordinary busyness," he expressed, at City Council Building, Thursday (7/20).

The man who familiarly called Haji Lulung explained, in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 18/2017, the draft bylaw on Financial Rights and Administrative must be ratified after it is issued three months ago. If it refers from its issuance time on June 2, 2017, it should be ratified into bylaw before September 2, 2017.

"Insya Allah (God willing), it can be complete in the forthcoming August," he disclosed.
