South Jakarta Issues 1,008 SKDS

Since mid-July until August 21, South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. had issued 1,008 temporary domicile certificates (SKDS) for the newcomers.

Not all the newcomers want to process SKDS

South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. Head, Abdul Harris said, SKDS was issued during population operation (Binduk) in six sub-districts. 

Binduk, 349 People in Mampang Prapatan Netted

Those sub-districts were Setiabudi (4 certificates), Kebayoran Baru (117 certificates), Tebet (75 certificates), Pancoran (112 certificates), Mampang Prapatan (308 certificates) and Pasar Minggu (392 certificates).

"Not all the newcomers want to process SKDS. This is because they already have national ID card that is valid throughout Indonesia, but we are still making SKDS in order to register newcomers," he said, Tuesday (8/22).

On the other hand, from binduk on Tuesday (8/22) at around 4.30-6 PM, there were 391 people have Regional ID card and 34 others have Jakarta ID card. It was held at RT 01, 02, 05, 011, 012, 013, 014 and 016, Pejaten Timur, Pasar Minggu.

As for the services given were 23 services of birth certificates, 392 services of SKDS and 2 services of E-ID card recording.
