Commission E Discusses Improvement of Healthcare Service at RSUD

Jakarta DPRD Commission E along with Health Dept. held a work meeting to discuss the improvement of healthcare service at Regional General Hospital (RSUD).

Honestly the healthcare service in hospitals is getting better. But now we still detect public complaint that must be responded

Jakarta DPRD Commission E Chairperson, Syahrial disclosed, the meeting was held to respond complaint and report of the public about healthcare service at RSUD. Most are complaining on difficult to get room, long queue in pharmacies, etc.

"Honestly the healthcare service in hospitals is getting better. But now we still detect public complaint that must be responded," he expressed, at City Council building, Wednesday (9/6).

On that occasion, his party along with Health Dept. invited the RSUD management to find the best solution in order to make the hospital service more prime and professional.

"The point is it must be further improved," he stressed.

At the same time, Jakarta Health Dept. Head, Koesmadi Priharto expressed that the healthcare service in hospitals is much better, even though there are some improvements. Evidently, the service has increased about 20 percent.

"It is evidenced by seeing more people who seek treatment or referred to the hospitals than to a private hospital," he closed.
