PTSP Goes to Mall will Be in Two Locations

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. holds "PTSP Goes to Mall" activity again. This time, it will be held in two locations.

This is one of our programs to get closer to citizen while educate them about our service innovation

Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. Head, Denny Wahyu Haryanto said, PTSP Goes to Mall service will be held at Lippo Mall Kemang on September 6 and September 20 from 10 AM to 3 PM. Then at Plaza Atrium on September 8,5,22, and 29 from 1 to 4 PM.

"This is one of our programs to get closer to citizen while educate them about our service innovation that can ease and simplify both licensing and non-licensing process," he said, Thursday (9/7).

City Holds PTSP Service Goes to Mall

He hopes this service will boost their rank in Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) Indonesia, from recent rank of 91th into 40th as targeted by government.

"PTSP Goes to Mall program is one of Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. programs which contributed to reach EoDB target," he said.

Meanwhile, Mampang Prapatan PTSP Work Unit Head, Much. Sukarsa mentioned that people enthusiasm is quite high when it first launched at Lippo Mall Kemang. Especially for employees who work near Mall.

According to Denny, most applicants consult on licensing and non-licensing procedures in business activities, about required documents to make Police Record Certification (SKCK) for civil servant (PNS) candidate registration purpose, and also about building permit (IMB) procedure.

"Mostly, people want to consult about procedures that needs to be done to extend business permit, IMB 3.0, and dispatch letter for SKCK," he closed.
