SKM: Service of DPM And PTSP Has Touched 97.2 Percent

And it has increased again in June up to 97.2 percent. That's because we continue to innovate

The Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) towards service in Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) Dept. continues to increase.

It proves the various breakthroughs and innovations of service made during this time to the people.

Djarot Appreciates DPM and PTSP Program

Jakarta DPM and PTSP Head, Edy Junaedi Harahap said, last December, SKM is at 82.3 percent and increased in three months up to 94.7 percent.

"And it has increased again in June up to 97.2 percent. That's because we continue to innovate," he expressed, Wednesday (8/23).

He revealed, one of the obstacles that caused SKM could not reach 100 percent. That is the limited office space of Jakarta DPM and PTSP. But, in the near future, the service will be moved to the Technical Building on Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

"We hope, after the office is moved, public service can be more optimal. Thus, SKM can hit 100 percent," he stated.

As the information, various innovations that have been done by Jakarta DPM and PTSP such as door to door service or locally known as antar jemput izin bermotor (AJIB), either online or offline. Then the PTSP Ask service via phone line at 1500164 that is currently able to video call by logging in at situs.jakarta.go.id.

In addition, there is also three-hour building permit (IMB) program. That means residents can get IMB from all the complete requirements in just three hours.
