"We ask for commitment, so this can be obeyed and monitored. I think, tight supervision is the most important," said Abraham Lunggana, Head of City Council's Bapemperda, Thursday (9/7).
He conveyed, the third point of article 48 on Market Raperda regulates about appointed distance between public market and supermarket which is still discussed together with executives. In that regulation, distance between these markets refers to Local Spatial Plans (RTRW) and Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR) Perda.
Zoning Terms will Be Set Through Three Market Management Raperda"It regulates about distance that must be obeyed. We are referring to old regulation in order to prevent overlap between regulations," he said.
He added, besides RTRW and RDTR Perda, appointed distance between supermarket and public market has also been mentioned in Perda No. 2/2002 about Private Market. For supermarket that has 100-200 square meters wide should be 0.5 kilometers away from public markets and must be located on the side of environment/collector/arterial road.
