Council and Executives Discussed About Asset Management Quality Improvement

City Council Audit Board (BPK)'s Special Committee (Pansus) for Inspection Report (LHP) and executives held work meeting to discuss about asset management quality improvement.

BPK wants that recommendation to be followed up

City Council Audit Board's Special Committee (Pansus) for Inspection Report (LHP) Leader, Ferrial Sofyan said, Jakarta Provincial Government needs to improve its quality regarding asset management since it is recommended by BPK.

"BPK wants that recommendation to be followed up," he said at City Council Buildings on Thursday (9/7).

Council Appreciates Asset Management of BPAD

In that recommendation, he continued, BPK also wants its findings in Jakarta Education Dept. (Disdik) related to assets which have unclear information and ownership stats to be followed up.

"In the next meeting, I also want Disdik to be presented thus this problem can be cleared and we will not obtain any WDP opinion in budget usage," he expressed.

At the same location, Jakarta Financial Management Board (BPKD) Head, Michael C. Ronaldo, ensures his side will follow up asset matters since the first time this case was issued by BPK.

"Currently, Jakarta Asset Management Board (BPAD) is keep improving its asset management through Asset Information System (SIA)," he closed.
