Trees and Billboard in W. Jakarta Have Been Evacuated

West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept.'s Light Rescue Team has evacuated fallen trees and billboard in 20 locations due to strong wind and rain since Sunday (9/10) until Monday (9/11) dawn.

Fallen trees has been evacuated by Light Rescue Team. There is no victim in this incident

West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Operation Section Head, Rompis Romlih said, his side received fallen trees report from residents and related sides after heavy rain with strong wind occurred on Sunday (9/11).

He explained, fallen trees locations are on Jalan Kali Pojok RW 06 and Sawah Lio, Pedongkelan, Daan Mogot in front of Indosiar office, Jalan Mangga Ubi, Jalan Hadiah, Duta Mas, Duri Utara, Nurdin Rayam Makaliwe I, Muwardi Raya, Susilo Raya in front of Feodora Hotel, Muwardi 1 and 3, Nurdin 1, and in front of Grogol Puskesmas I, and Grogol market.

"Fallen trees have been evacuated by Light Rescue Team. There is no victim in this incident," he said.

He added, West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept.'s light rescue team has also evacuated fallen billboards on Jalan Kota Bambu Utara and impacted roof from building on Jl. Arjuna Utara and beside Taman Anggrek Mall Toll.

"To evacuate the billboard and impacted building roofs, we conducted it until Monday dawn. Personnel cutting the billboards iron poles and repair building's roofs one by one. There are no victims in this event," he closed.
