"I think it's good and needs to be supported. It's like that the principle of getting closer to serving the people," expressed Syarif, Secretary of Jakarta DPRD Commission A, Tuesday (9/12).

"That's the fact. Citizens today tend to finish things by simply pointing at the screen and completing," he stated.
He also proposed the improved service to be supported by acceptance of complaints management in the system. Thus citizens no longer have trouble complaining about unoptimal service.
"We want zero complaint. It should be pursued in the development of public services," he stated.
As known, the service will be opened in a building belongs to Jakarta Provincial Government on Jalan HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta.
The ground floor of the building later would be functioned for service of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP). Inside the building, there will be some services of BPN, Samsat, PLN, Immigration, Telkom and so forth.
