October 2017, Public Service Mall will Be Inaugurated

Public Service Mall on Jl. HR. Rasuna Said, Setiabudi, South Jakarta will be inaugurated in October 2017. Recently, the building is still on interior and exterior decoration finishing progress.

Public Service Mall will integrate all services in one location

Jakarta Organization and Bureaucracy Reformation Bureau Head, Dhany Sukma said, Public Service Mall operation is planned to be inaugurated by Indonesia President, Joko Widodo.

"Inauguration is planned between 5-11 October. We will finish its facilities and infrastructure soon," he said, Monday (9/11).

He explained, besides Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Door (PMPTSP) Dept., other services from BPN, Samsat, PLN, immigration, Telkom, and other public service will be also provided.

"Public Service Mall will integrate all services in one location," he expressed.  

According to him, this Public Service Mall will be a role model for other regions. Because the same pattern will be also applied in other regions.

"When people enter the Public Service Mall, all permissions or without permission at province level up to central can be served," he said.

He added, it will use building with 14 floors. Ground floor will be used by Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. and second floor will be used for service which related to central government authority.

"Third floor and so on will be used for back office," he closed.
