Council's Bapemperda Discussed Pasar Jaya Raperda

City Council's Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda) held discussion about Perumda Pasar Jaya draft regulation (raperda).

Its points should be written in sequence. We want it to be refined for next discussion

In that discussion, legislative side asked to refine the consideration points to be conveyed in sequence related to its history, demands, development in accordance to law.

City Council's Bapemperda Deputy Head, Merry Hotma said, council members also suggested the same thing. Legislative wants draft refinement can be submitted next week.

"Its points should be written in sequence. We want it to be refined for next discussion. After done, we will ratify it," she said at City Council Building, Wednesday (9/13).

Meanwhile, City Council Commission D Member, Pantas Nainggolan added, the refinement must contain all aspects of Perumda Pasar Jaya Raperda.

"Philosophical foundation is needed for its revision. Thus there is historical sequence from Pasar Jaya established until now," he closed.
