"The nearest target is Asian Games," expressed Geraard Jeffrey Zacharias Rantung, President Director of PT. Jaktour at City Council Building, Tuesday (9/26).
67 Operational Vehicles will Be Booked to Support Asian GamesHe hopes, hotels managed by his side can be used for meeting and place to stay for Asian Games athletes and committees.
"We need to renovate hundreds of hotel rooms," he said.
According to him, his side needs budget around Rp 8 billion to renovate 175 hotel rooms thus can have the same standard as five-star hotel.
"We will be prioritizing hotels which need to be handle early to support Asian Games," he added.
He admitted, he really hopes Commission C could approve his budget proposal to renovate hotels room as much as Rp 6.5 billion in revised City Budget 2017.
"It is hard for us to compete with other hotels since we have old production equipment," he closed.
