PT Jakarta Tourisindo (Jaktour) with their seven business units continues to make improvements, either internal or external. It is done to be competitive in the hospitality industry in the capital.
PT Jaktour President Director, Emeraldo Parengkuan disclosed, external improvement is made by innovation of marketing strategy.

He explains internal improvement is made by improving service facilities at hotels managed by PT Jaktour.
Emeraldo added, besides hotel facilities, the increased the competence of employees is also conducted through hospitality certification from the National Profession Standardization Agency (BNSP).
"146 out of 580 uncertified employees have been facilitated to obtain a certificate of hotel competence. This certification is set out in Government Regulation No. 52/2012 on Competency Certification and Business Certification in Tourism," he explained.
He furthered, the important thing is also on the internal correction related to the management system.
"We hope internal and external improvements can bring PT Jaktour to a better direction," he stated.
This year, in 2017 APBD-P, PT Jaktour has proposed the Regional Capital Investment (PMD) worth Rp 6.5 billion. As planned, it will be used to improve several facilities to enhance the comfort of hotel visitors.
PT Jaktour oversees seven business units with seven hotels as well as one recreational and sports ride. Each of them are Grand Cempaka Bussines Hotel, Grand Cempaka Resort, d'Arcici Sunter, d'Arcici Plumpang, d'Arcici Cempaka Putih, c'One Cempaka Putih, c'One Pulomas and d'Arcici Sport.
