Flat and RPTRA Administrators are Given Urban Farming Training

Jakarta Agriculture Maritime and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Dept. held training about urban farming to all flat and RPTRA administrators in Jakarta.

We want flat residents can develop urban farming in the middle of land limitation in Jakarta

KPKP Dept.'s Agriculture Division Head, Diah Meidiantie said, this activity is participated by representative from 36 RPTRAs and 22 Flats. Hopefully these administrators can teach other people to develop urban farming in the future.

"We want flat residents can develop urban farming in the middle of land limitation in Jakarta," he said, Thursday (9/28).

Central Jakarta to Make 16 Spots of Urban Farming

Through urban farming, he added, limited land can be used to plant various herbs, vegetables, and other productive plants.

"We hope this activity could give them knowledge about urban farming in RPTRA and flat," he closed.
