Central Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. personnel were deployed to help transporting debris from demolished merchant stalls on Jl. Cempaka Putih Raya.
One truck can transport 10 cubic meters of trash
"One truck can transport 10 cubic meters of trash. We also deploy shovel to make it easier to remove heavy debris to the truck," said Risart Serestian, Section Head of Central Jakarta Environment Sub-dept.'s B3 Waste and Management, Monday (10/2).
According to him, trash will be transported to Bantar Gebang. While debris will be transported to vacant land in Sunter, North Jakarta.

"One will be used to spray and remove dust on debris. While another one will be prepared just in case if something happened," stated Hardisiswan, Head of Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept.
Previously, 20 merchant stalls on Jl. Cempaka Putih Raya were demolished for area arrangement. Later on, Loksem will be built on the location thus merchants and buyers can be more comfortable to trade
