According to Dian Ekowati, Head of Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic Dept., the event was aimed to support of stakeholders, especially the media to change the mindset and behavior of the people not to dispose of any garbage at river.

While, Jakarta Environment Dept. Head, Isnawa Adji said, the public relations strategy managed by Communication, Informatic and Statistic Dept. gave positive value in recognizing the policies of the city, especially the handling of garbage.
He assessed that the event was an opportunity. It is because the media and public involvement to support the role and performance of the Environment Dept. was much needed.
"SKPD must be open, play the role of social media, and ready to receive input and criticism. That's what makes the quality of performance is getting better," he closed.
