Two Developers Help Infrastructure Construction

Two developers, PT. Sinar Mas Teladan and PT. Surya Raya Investama agree to help infrastructure construction from developer compensation for adding building floor coefficient (KLB).

Obligation fulfillment agreement (PKK) is signed by representative of both developer with Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah.

He explained, PT. Sinar Mas Teladan has three obligations, which are to arrange field and park on the south side of Lapangan Banteng in Central Jakarta, sport facilities renovation and construction, and to build 16-floor tower in Pulogadung Small Industry Center, East Jakarta.

City Prepares Receipt of KLB Regulation

"Sport facilities renovation and construction are needed to support Asian Games 2018," Saefullah said after signing PPK at City Hall, Friday (10/6).

He explained, for PT. Surya Raya Investama's KLB is used to renovate building that will be used for Jakarta National Narcotics Board office in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta and Masjid Raya Daan Mogot's landscape in West Jakarta.

Next, Remaja Kecamatan Cengkareng Sports Arena, then Kalijodo parking facility and bridge construction.

"We, government, are not directly receive in money. They work on the construction, be appraised, and the result is noted as our asset," he closed.
