Based on inventory data until October, Central Jakarta Administration has 114 assets with value Rp 51,663,105,959,487. Total assets value and number are still dynamic until December.

Central Jakarta Asset Management Sub-dept. Head, Sofian Gani explained, total asset values and number are the result from fixed asset reconciliation per December 31.
He mentioned, immovable assets consist of Central Jakarta Mayor Office with value Rp 268,738,293,285. While for eight sub-district offices valued Rp 172,242,328,498 and 44 urban village offices with Rp 380,609,420,294.

According to him, assets number can go up since inventory and other asset investigation are conducted.
"We monitor and investigate assets when we found a land with uncertain ownership status," he closed.
