"We need to cut water supply temporarily in order to relocate the utilities. We will make sure to socialize it around 1-2 days before we cut it," he explained.
He added, utility relocation process in Kartini Flyover has reached 42 percent. It is included design making, ordering goods, check on pipe making, and coordination on location.
