Trees were planted at Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) park and North Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept. office.

North Jakarta Mayor, Husein Murad said, North Jakarta which located in coastal area is targeted to be a green region through one million trees planting program.

North Jakarta Government has planted 300 trees, including shade trees and fruit trees, at JIC. There are also around 70 trees planted at North Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. office's park.
North Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Head, Satriadi Gunawan added, his side will keep supporting trees planting program even though park area has green enough. Next, trees planting is planned will be done in eight sectors and 27 fire stations.
"Besides in our office, it will be done in sector offices and fire stations," he closed.
