DKI Bank received an achievement in Digital Marketing Award (DMA) 2017 as one of the best provincial banks. It is considered a positive thing to use social media and website as media for marketing.

"This is the first time we received an achievement and I don't even know how the assessment. Suddenly I was summoned and informed that DKI Bank got an achievement. We are surprised," said Kresno Sediarsi, Main Director of DKI Bank, after received an achievement at hotel, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (10/31) night.
According to him, DKI Bank has a website which used to give information to public, especially related to its transparency and product varieties.

He hopes this achievement could motivate all DKI Bank employees to give their best service and transparent to public, especially DKI Bank customers.
