Throughout August 1-October 31, West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. has netted 11,136 two-, three- and four-wheeled vehicles parked on the sidewalk and the roadside.

The raid will be done intensively thus sidewalks in West Jakarta thus people can feel comfort when they pass

West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Anggiat Banjarnahor said, from those netted vehicles, 3,340 two-wheeled vehicles are flattened, 76 three-wheeled vehicles are flattened and 2,139 four-wheeled vehicles are flattened. Then 714 private vehicles are ticketed and 2,561 good transport and public transport vehicles are made in a dossier ticket (BAP). 

"We've stopped operational of 620 public transport and goods vehicles," he expressed, Monday (9/25).

He added, during the raid, his sub-dept. also succeeded in towing 1,256 private cars and cracking down 430 motorcycles.

"The raid will be done intensively thus sidewalks in West Jakarta thus people can feel comfort when they pass," he closed.
