His arrival was welcomed by Palang Pintu attraction, one of Betawi traditions.

In his speech, his side hopes Jawara Betawi Brigade organization could preserve Betawi cultural arts and provide a safe and comfort situation in Jakarta.

"On behalf of Jakarta Government, we are welcoming Betawi Brigade organization to create a sense of comfort in Jakarta since every Jakartans have role to maintain this capital security," he conveyed.

He also added, this organization should be able to maintain the unity of Jakartans.

Previously, Jawara Betawi Brigade's Palang Pintu performers were welcomed by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, at City Hall Yard, Central Jakarta. Then, the groups had parade to Patung Kuda.

"They exist to make Jakarta to be a safe, secure, and joy City for all," said Anies.
