City Public Transportation Integration will Be Enhanced

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan is committed to finish mass transportation projects inline with minimizing traffic jam in Jakarta.

We will complete mass transportation projects while enhancing integration between public transportation

His side will also conduct public transportation integration thus citizens could be served until their destinations.

"We will complete mass transportation projects while enhancing integration between public transportation to make it connected," he said at City Hall, Tuesday (11/7).

He assessed, integration between public transportation is really needed in Jakarta thus passenger doesn't need to move between public transportation frequently. Hopefully integration enhancement could encourage people to prefer commute by mass transportation than private vehicle.

"When public transportation have been integrated, people will be facilitated to go to many places, for example from public minivan connects to Transjakarta, MRT, and others," he added.

According to him, his side will complete sidewalk repair besides mass transportation projects to facilitate pedestrian.

"By sidewalk repair, we encourage people to walk and have high mobilit y," he closed.
