Supermarket Permit must Be Supervised

City Council's Local Regional Forming Board (Bapemperda) wants Jakarta Provincial Government to supervise supermarket industry business permit.

City Council's Bapemperda Head, Abraham Lunggana said supermarket business permit supervision is mentioned in Bylaw (Perda) about Market.

"We want the executive to supervise supermarket industry immediately, since they must have permit," he said, Wednesday (11/15).

He mentioned supermarket owners will be sanctioned if they do not have permit.

Responded on that, Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept.'s Business Activity and Feasibility Section Head, Prayektiningsih expressed, her side is ready to take care all permission related to supermarket business.

"We're ready to take care all procedures and requirements. We will take care all of them based on regulations," she closed.
