City will Use KPBU Scheme to Build Infrastructure

In 2018, Jakarta Provincial Government will use Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme to build infrastructures.
Besides stadium, we will support other projects which are compatible with KPBU scheme
According to him, Public Private Partnership (PPP) concept and KPBU scheme for infrastructure both in national and regional level have been communicated by Ministry of Finance (Menkeu).
"We have inform related Menkeu about PPP scheme intensive usage in 2018," he said at City Hall, Wednesday (11/29).
Six Strategic Projects Built Through KPBUHe explained, the prioritized infrastructure project that will be built using KPBU scheme next year is International Footbal Stadium at BMW Park, North Jakarta.
"Besides stadium, we will support other projects which are compatible with KPBU scheme," he added.
He also hopes Light Rail Transit (LRT) Phase II for Velodrome-Dukuh Atas route could be realized using that scheme.
"We ask PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) to use KPBU scheme and Jakpro has optimized its preparation," he closed.
